The location in the heart of the charming Old Town was perfect. I enjoyed sitting on my private rooftop terrace, overlooking the picturesque old rooftops and church steeple. The apartment was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The owners were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The apartment felt like a cozy home away from home. I highly recommend this lovely and well-maintained property.
I had no issues during my stay. However, it is worth mentioning that the bathroom was a bit small and the pillows could have been more comfortable.

Convenient location, charming lounge with an extra bed , and the free WiFi is perfect for when you want to ignore everyone around you at the squares.
Absolutely loved the bus station being just steps away - so romantic, but I could have used a direct bus to Mars!

Location is excellent with parking in the nearby Mercado Carpark for very reasonable price. We had a corner room which was a little noisy at night, because it fronted onto 2 streets, but otherwise I could not fault it. Would return.

The owners of the hotel apartment have been very kind to us and we greatly appreciate their hospitality. Particularly, the owners have been very useful in terms of suggesting most important site-seeings of the south part of Spain. The location of the hotel apartment is perfect, close to the beach, bus stops, central bus station, and to the old city center. The rooms have been equipped with wireless internet access, washing machine, and digital satellite TV that includes more than 300 channels with variety languages, e.g., English, France, Persian, Arabic, Italian, Germanic, and etc. our apartment (No. 3) has a beautiful terrace.
The minor thing that can be improved is the quality of the bed sheets and covers (i.e., they are old). Regarding stairs safety, there is no handrail at the turns of the stairs.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, with all the facilities you could ever need. The quirky features added a super COOL vibe, and the suite with terrace was incredibly spacious. The location in the old town was mind-blowingly beautiful, on a charming little street. The hosts, Frank and Tatiana, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even organizing our airport transfer. We felt like part of the family, and their recommendations for nearby restaurants were jaw-droppingly good. The beach was just a short stroll away, and everything we needed was right on our doorstep. We will definitely be back when we're in town again.

The facilities were very nice & comfortable. Everything was clean and functioning. The owners are wonderful, they were always willing to help. They gave wonderful dinner recommendations, looked up bus schedule times for us, offered to clean our room even when it was the clean lady's day off, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a homey place to stay with a good location in Marbella.
The only thing missing from this hotel is WiFi.

The location was excellent, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel is run by a friendly and helpful family who made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh towels provided daily. A lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of wine. The hotel is housed in a historic building with its own well, adding to its charm. I highly recommend Puerta De Aduares for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Romantic hotel and the location to the market where you can purchase groceries to enable tasteful breakfasts or snacks during the siesta period was great. The venue was located in the heart of the city. Besides, it was just next door to nearby rental shop in old town, the picturesque old town, and restaurants / bars.
Cannot find any fault.

The location in the old town was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and only 10 minutes from the beach. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The owners, Doris and Jose, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and even suggesting a day trip to Ronda. We felt lucky to have booked this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Marbella.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the sea front, restaurants and shops, the wonderful Spanish old town of Marbella, and the famous. The room we had was spotless and comfortably furnished with bathroom, settee, as for instance. The breakfast was tasteful, the check in was very quick...
